10. Consider therapy
If being in a group isn’t your thing, then talking to a trained professional one-on-one would be your best option. Therapy isn’t just for those with mental issues, it’s also good for business owners. This is because the experience teaches you coping skills and techniques on how to handle your daily stressors which makes you an even more productive business owner.
