1. Have small doses of “playtimes”
We all have hobbies and activities that destress us from the pressure of work. Some take an entire day and others take hours. Mostly, they are very hard to fit into our schedules. So, don’t limit yourself to these major playtimes alone.
Simple acts like swinging by the park or beach on the way home are also effective in re-energizing you for the next day.
2. Avoid chaos

8. Break your routine once in a while
Working during the weekdays and doing your known destressing activities on the weekends over and over can be monotonous. Try something new like hang gliding on the weekends. You can also take a break from work and go on a week-long overseas vacation.
