Challenging activities are good for improvement but it’s important to know when to take a break. A solopreneur’s responsibilities are often plenty and will stack one after another. But remember – we live only once and our is valuable. Learn to take better care of your mental, physical, and emotional health in these simple ways.
1. Go to the gym at least once a week
You’re not required to become a fitness junkie just to be stress-free. A day in a week just to detoxify your body will be enough self-care to keep you free from physical stress by improving your endurance to pain and releasing feel-good hormones.
2. Unfollow toxic social media accounts
Seeing what you don’t like or people ranting can give you negative vibes. This isn’t healthy for your emotional and mental being. How do you avoid them? Unfollow them – yes, it’s the easiest thing to do. Things we see on the internet can influence our feelings, so make sure to reduce the impact of social media by doing this tip.
3. Go on vacation

Technology overuse has affected our sleep and relaxation in a negative way. It causes stress buildup during the day. So the next time you take an hour of break, put your phone, laptop, or tablet out of reach as a measure for avoiding distraction for relaxation.
