At times there are no customers in your shop and you have nothing urgent to do but can’t leave yet, get a stable chair and do some tricep dips. It’s an effective workout for increasing your upper body strength — something you’ll need if you want to transfer stocks without any help.
The greatest challenge of incorporating micro workouts into your daily solopreneur routine is your mindset towards fitness. You might be conscious or find it awkward to suddenly exercise in the middle of an activity. The trick is not to think about it. Just focus on doing.
